Josh McCabe is a PhD student in sociology at the State University of New York at Albany. He received his MA in regional economic & social development at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and his BA in politi
cal science from Emmanuel College. He has been a research assistant for the Lawrence Redevelopment Authority and a summer fellow at the Beacon Hill Institute and the Ludwig von Mises Institute.
Areas of interest include race and ethnic relations, labor economics and unions, urban studies, the Austrian School of economics, political sociology, and the role of ideology in economic life.
